Entered Birthday incorrectly

Hello,

I purchased 3 saver day passes and I entered the date of birth incorrectly. 11.01.1976 instead of 19/01/1976 the rest is correct. Will it be ok when travelling? another question do I have to carry the passport/ ID hard copy while travelling or a digital copy on phone is fine?

As long as all other personal data, including the year of birth, is correct, and as according to the passport, you are fine to travel.

You must carry your physical passport or ID card issued by the government whenever you use e-tickets. Copies or photos of it are NOT accepted.

Thank you- this was helpful- incase I print my saver day pass/ticket - still I must carry ID/Passport hard copies ? I’m only afraid to loose it while travelling in the alps.

Any ticket that you purchase yourself and bears your name needs an ID or passport, and this, no matter if you have it on your phone or as a prinout.

Only impersonal paper tickets from the machine or ticket office do not need an ID/passport.
