Last month I purchased two tickets for travel from Basel to Zurich; I believe I just purchased them online via the SBB website and did not create an account at that time.
I no longer need these tickets and want to know if they can be exchanged for other tickets(different departure/arrival cities) ? Or can I get a full refund for them?
I have since created an account but I don’t see the tickets/order when I log in.
Please advise on my options and the possibility of a ticket exchange or refund. Thank you.
