purchase direct ticket

I am located in USA, and I have been trying to book a train from Adelboden, Oey to Geneve main train station and I keep getting a message that says

"Restriction on ticket purchases.
Due to technical problems, it is currently not possible to purchase tickets. Please try again later."

I have a half fare card, traveling with one child and her friend

You can try again now, I don’t see any problem. Sometimes the systems are temporary unavailable due to technical problems or maintenance.

When is this trip? It is not necessary to buy this ticket in advance. You can safely wait till you are here and then buy the ticket.

Danhiel I know. But I also know that 99% of all the confusion that non Europeans encounter when trying to buy train tickets is due to wanting to book them to soon. Seat anxiety is really a big issue.
