Ticket second class versus first class

I have bought this morning ticket for 4 adults from riehen to basel airport. All of them first class but there is no first class on tram. How can I to claim the difference back ?

Sorry, but it is not possible to claim the difference back. If you plan to take the tram, you should buy a 2nd class ticket. 1st class is only available in the trains between Riehen and Basel SBB (Swiss station).

If you bought the tickets for a future trip, it should be possible to obtain an online refund and buy new tickets.
