I bought a ticket as a non-member and didn’t get a confirmation email. So I asked the credit card company for confirmation. The credit card company confirmed to me that the money went out of the account normally. I’ve also checked spam and posted here many times but you guys didn’t give me a clear answer. My patience is running out, so please give me a refund. Please don’t make me call you or write here again.

But first i would recommend you to wait 72 hours, because if you don’t receive an email the booking was not made so it’s only a reservation of the money on the card. Normally it will be cancelled automatically.

AuroraD I’ve already called. The ticket is not issued, but the money has already been sent to sbb. Also 72 hours is funny. I paid on April 11th and now it’s been 15 days. I ask for a refund.
