Door to Door reservation from USA

We want to use the door to door express service for our luggage however the online reservation system does not allow us to pay without a Swiss address and we are in the USA. We will be shipping from one hotel in Geneva to a hotel in Zurich.
What can we do?

You simply enter the hotel’s address as invoice address.

Thank you Roland for your reply. I did try that but then I am unable to put in my address asociated with my credit card for payment. I think I may need to call to make this reservation.
