Purchase confirmation

Hello, I tried to make a purchase, I fill the data and click on purchase , after that a message displayed saying there was an error during purchase process , and I took me back to the home page. I received the notification from my credit bank about purchase confirmation, but I didn’t receive the tickets in my mail, how can I confirm if purchase was made ? Or how can I get my tickets ?

I am sorry to read that you had troubles buying a ticket.

You did not receive the tickets in your email but your credit card was debited? There are a few steps you can take to check what happened:

Check your “Orders” section: If you made the purchase with a login, you can check if the ticket is listed under “Orders” on the website. If the ticket is listed there, the transaction has been successfully completed.
Update tickets: If the ticket you just purchased is not listed under “Orders,” you can try clicking on “Update tickets” to refresh the list.
Please contact first SBB: If you have not received a confirmation email and the ticket is not displayed in your orders, it is possible that the transaction was not completed. In this case, you can contact SBB on 0848 44 66 88 (0.08/minute – 24/7) from abroad +41 51 225 78 56, and provide my colleague with the necessary information such as the payment method, the first six and last four digits of the credit card number or the transaction ID, the amount in CHF, the date and time of the purchase, the email address used, and the full name of the person who ordered the ticket.
You can also provide this information using this form. It may take up to 4 days to get an answer.
