Swiss Travel Pass - Refund for wrong start date

Hi,
I recently purchased 2 adult Swiss Travel Passes and 2 children’s passes (included with parents) for the intended travel dates of 7/23-7/25. However, I inadvertently selected the wrong start date of 6/29/24, which is the purchase date. My actual travel to Zurich is scheduled for 7/22/24.
Could you please advise me on how to either correct the start date or arrange for a refund? I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
