Booked Lindt Tour on sbb.ch - Didn't receive an option to pick my time of entry.

Hello everyone,

I booked my Lindt Home of Chocolate Tour through sbb.ch. However, I didn’t receive an option to choose a time of entry. If I book on Lindt’s website, I must pick a time of entry to buy a ticket.

I’m not sure what this means for me. Are my tickets invalid? Additionally, sbb.ch said I’ll have a 10% discount on admission but I didn’t see this reflected in the price.

The SBB Railaway leisure offer for Lindt & Sprüngli is the most convenient offer, as the visit is not limited to a specific time frame / slot. Other than purchasing it with the museum directly. You can visit it any time on the date of validity, even if their website says, they are sold out for the day . I just reconfirmed by calling the very friendly receptionist. It is also stated on the SBB booking page (grey box).

Please contact the welcome desk at the museum to obtain your on-site entry ticket.
