Dear CFF,
The neighbours of Champel are constantly seeing the two main elevators of the trains station not working. Today it was the second time in a month that I had to call the elevator company, as it seems that nobody is tracking this. I also had to go down to the platfrom carrying my baby stroller (20kg), so I could take the train. Unfortunately, the automatic stairs are so narrow that a big stroller doesn’t pass.
I am kindly asking you to fix this and monitor these issues, on behalf of my family and the neighbours of Champel.
