Trying to add a Saver Day Pass to my Swiss Pass Account and Wallet

Hello,

I purchased a Saver Day Pass online and would like to add the tickets to my newly-created Swiss Pass Account on the app as well as my Apple Wallet. Any help on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.

MissSwiss#1 I am following as I’ve been searching for the same solution. I have a few Saver Day Passses I can find in my orders under my account, but I can’t find a way to add the Saver Day pass QR codes to my Apple Wallet. I was able to add my Bernina Express Seat reservation to it, though.

MissSwiss#1 I found it. I assume when you purchased online, you created an ID. Then, in the app, you sign in with the same ID. In the app, touch the Tickets & Travelcards tab. Select the pass and click on the 3 dots (vertical) - you will then be presented an option to add to your Wallet. It works for me.

It is not possible to add tickets to the SBB Mobile app if they were not purchased as a registered user.

Simply use the PDF, together with your physical passport or ID card issuee by your country; physical > passport paper copies or photos on smartphones are not accepted.
