Train delay compensation

Anyone know how to complete compensation form for a train delay. Swiss compensation form requesting IBAN info for bank account. The US does not use IBAN codes. Tried the contact center number +41 848 446 688 and that call will not call. Our train was delayed 2 hours to lack of power on June 30 from Zurich to Zermat. The train was taken to Thun via a rescue train and all passengers had to de-board and find new connections at Thun.

Thanks again for the guidance. When I contacted SBB contact center by phone the representative said we could not handle by phone but with email correspondence. I received email with instructions within an hour of the call. I had to describe the delay and canceled trains. I used the rail app to complete a rail delay document There is a confirmation of delay section under shops and services on the SBB app. I created a pdf file for each issue. I the attached those to the email. In two days I received another email asking for credit card info. SBB credited me for the delayed train and canceled routes. I feel SBB was fair. The credits came through my cc account within 48 hours. I consider case closed and pleased with outcome
