After this, you could ask again, I could give you my personal advice. For example, I don’t think that the Jungfraujoch is a must-see in Switzerland, it is too expensive and not better as other mountain excursions.
For local cuisine, it is also difficult, You will certainly find a cheese fondue or raclette in most touristic destinations, but probably not the best restaurant. A travel or restaurant guide could give you some recommandations. It depends also of your expectations and budget.
