Hi I lost my coat during my travel in Switzerland and reported the same, I see team has responded back with charges for collection
“For the return of found objects we charge a fee of CHF 20. Holders of a personal annual travelcard (Half Fare Travelcard, annual point-to-point travelcard or annual regional travelcard) pay CHF 10 and general travelcard holders pay CHF 5”
Since I had a Swiss Travelpass for all my travel days including the day I reported my lost coat how much do I need to pay for the service?
