I cannot get a refund of my second class Swiss travel pass train ticket as it doesn’t appear as a valid ticket on the SBB order form.

If you purchased the Swiss Travel Pass on the SBB website, please use this form to ask a refund. You will find the order number in the confirmation e-mail.

If you purchased it on a different website, please contact their customer service.
