Can a saver day pass be purchased for 2 consecutive days?

Yes and no. They are valid for one day only; however, you can purchase two single Saver Day Passes, one for each day.

One thing more, while purchasing tickets from Zurich to Milano Centrale , there is no mention of Saver Day Pass under the Discount cards. What Should I do ?
And do I need to add My 4 year old kid to the passenger list for the same route ?

Regarding your 4-year-old kid, according to the information provided for the different train services, children under 4 years old generally do not require a ticket and can travel for free. Therefore, you do not need to add your 4-year-old kid to the passenger list for the same route.

What my colleague @RahelW said, you are not allowed to purchase a direct ticket Zürich HB to Milan for the Eurocity, claiming the Saver Day Pass as a discount. You have to split your journey:

Saver Day Pass to Chiasso, regular train ticket Chiasso to Milan. You can purchase a ticket for the RE80 for this.

Your Saver Day Pass is valid as far as Chiasso; however, you are better off changing trains in Lugano.
