Wrong Date Check in Zurich-Chur

Hello,
16.07.2024 I bought train tickets for 8 people between Zurich and Tirano. I checked in between Zurich and Chur on 15.07.2024. How can I fix? The date should be 16, not 15.

What kind of tickets did you buy? Point-to-point or Supersaver tickets? Did you also reserve seats on the Bernina Express?

Xwt8 Supersaver tickets are normally not exchangeable and not refundable, but I suggest to call the Contact Center of the SBB to be sure:

Apparently the date of the supersaver ticket (16.07.24) is fine.
The issue is with the reservation on 15.07.24 (which is just a reservation, not whatever “checkin”. Hey, it’s just a Swiss IC train, not an airplane!)

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but reservations are a) usually unnecessary on the IC3 train and b) not exchangeable nor refundable
