Please note that, through this platform, we are unable to provide status information on pending claim requests and customer complaints. We do not have access to the relevant systems. From my experience, I know that such requests may take a while because they often require more investigation.
Please be aware that the transportation contract does not provide compensation for expenses caused by a missed flight due to a delayed train arrival. The transportation contract and all associated obligations terminate at the station, which is designated as the arrival station on your ticket. It is important that you send the claim request to the railway company from which you acquired the ticket.
