Chiephairair94 I was able to get a swiss half fare card but was unable to get swiss family card while purchasing it. We will be traveling from Milan to switzerland. Will i be able to get swiss family card in Italy?
RolandP Hello Chiephairair94 No, this is not possible. You have to purchase a ticket for your kids to Brig, where you can obtain the Swiss Family Card at the counter. Kind regards, Roland
