I get it that you get a compensation for the ticket, for example, of 25% if the delay is 1 h or more and under 2 h.
So let’s say a full ticket price for a journey is 40 CHF, the compensation is 10 CHF.
For the same journey if you bought with HF then you will pay 20 CHF, and be compensated 5 CHF.
I understand that this is how you will be compensated for the ticket. Is there any compensation for the Half-Fare element (which you also paid for and you didn’t benefit according to the plans)?
If yes, how do you ask for such a claim?
