Hi I’m trying to buy 4 tickets in the app from Zurich HB to Interlaken West for Nov 11 20:00PM and when I Select payment method there’s an error not allowing to proceed (error: NTTIF-3006-D9HSav4) I’ve also tried to buy in the desktop version and there’s no Visa debit option. Can you help me? The chat is not available. Thanks

Whoshieseeth73 Hello,

You can choose “Credit card” in the desktop version, it should be possible to use a Visa Debit. 3D-Secure must be enabled.

An other option is to use Apple Pay in the app, but only if you have an iPhone and you debit card must be defined. I don’t know if Google Pay is also available.

In the desktop version, I’ve tried selecting Credit Card and there’s another error:
“The payment process was rejected by the financial institution. Please repeat the process with a different payment method.”
The other options are local Banks.

Whoshieseeth73 You can also try with other vendors, for example trainline.com or raileurope.com. Sometimes you must pay a booking fee, but it works better…

I’m having the same problem. My credit card is a Visa from Guatemala and I am unable to finish paying for my tickets. Is there some sort of constraint on paying for tickets with foreign credit cards? I’ll try the chat tomorrow morning, but thought I’d ask here first.

Yes, it has to support 3D secure ID. Call your credit card bank.
