Hi. It’s my first time traveling to Switzerland so I need some advice from anybody.
I’m planning go to Interlaken Ost from Domodossola(I) on August 11th.
I searched for it and I found out that there’s an interrupted service between Brig and Domodossola so trains are affected.
I wanted to choose a journey starts from 16:45 to 18:58. It says I should take a bus from Domodossola to Iselle, and then I have to take the train from Iselle to Brig, and then take the train from Brig to Spiez, and last take the train from Spiez to Interlaken.
What I’m curious about is that I though it was impossible for me to take the train from Iselle to Brig cause of the interrupted service. But the site says that I can buy a ticekt for the train (RE1) from Iselle to Brig. I’m not sure that’s possible so I’m hesitating.
Is it okay for me to buy this ticket for way to Interlaken from domodossola?
Is there any possibility that this train schedule can be changed to bus so that it can affect every schedule after that?
