hello, i cannot verify my cellphone number as cannot receive the verification code even i have tried to use another cellphone and number. could anyone give me a hand.

What are you trying to do? If you are a tourist, you do not have to verify anything; you simply followed the instructions valid for residents only.

hello, i am a tourist and want to buy a half fare card online and it is mandatory to link my account with swisspass number. i have not one and tried to apply a digital one but failed to recieve verification code. i also tried to buy the card via a another link which did not require me to fill in the swisspass number but it always returns “an error occured”. i have already registed as sbb member sucessfully and no idea what is going on. thank you.

You want the Swiss Half Fare card, this does not need a SwissPass customer number.

Simply purchase it from here:

What you are trying to purchase is a resident Half Fare Card.

Does that make sense?

yes, the cellphonne message should be sent by swisspass, and i alslo cannot recieve the email verification code neither. it is weird.
