I am traveling to Switzerland in 4 weeks, I bought 2 Swiss travel passes, I was traveling with a friend but for family emergencies He will not longer be traveling. I would like to see If I can get a refund on his travel pass, We bought it together, but I am a afraid that this will mess up my train reservations. How can I ask for a refund just for my friend Swiss travel pass.
With out affecting my itinerary.

If you bought the Swiss Travel Passes on sbb.ch, I suggest to call the Contact Center:

0848 44 66 88 (24/7, waiting times may occur)

From a foreign country the number is: +41 51 225 78 56

You do not need to worry about your reservations because these are not linked to the ticket, and be were probably not necessary anyway.
