I purchased a Saver Day Pass for August 26. I made a reservation on the Bernina Express. I cannot buy a ticket for regional railways or make a reservation. I’m trying via the SBB.ch website, but when I log in via Swisspas, I don’t see my Saver Day Pass and I can’t block a free ticket, only for an additional fee. Help me, please. 🙏

Ewelina Hello,

It is not necessary to make any reservation or buy any ticket with your Saver Day Pass. Simply show it with your passport or identity card.

Are you talking about the same day 26.08. for everything you mentioned?
If so

Your Saver Day Pass is already your ticket for every train on that date. No need at all to buy additional tickets.
On regional trains (IR, RE or R), the only reserved seat is located at the very front of the train… for the driver. Nobody else can reserve a seat on such trains.
It doesn’t matter at all if you can’t see your SDP in the app, as long as you have a purchase confirmation mail for it with the QR code (which is your actual ticket). This is normal if you bought the SDP as a guest, without login.
