Error when attempting to buy ticket Zurich-Prague

I keep getting the message “An error occurred while processing your query.” when attempting to buy a ticket from Zurich to Prague on 25 July. I have tried in two different browsers (Edge and Opera) and on mobile. I have also tried to clear the cookies, restart my laptop, use different preferences for sleeper berth, with SwissPass login and as guest, etc. This is really frustrating, and the price is now higher than yesterday. Can you please assist?

I agree with you, sometimes it is frustrating to book an international ticket at Ticketshop SBB.ch. Good to know that SBB isn’t issuer of the ticket Zürich HB to Prag. SBB is looking for offers for Euronight at ÖBB Ticketshop.

It seems that SBB timetable didn’t found ÖBB offers for Zürich to Prag. You could try to book at ÖBB Ticketshop.
