Swiss Travel Pass purchased as a Guest

Hi. I purchased a Swiss Travel Pass as a guest and then created an account. I realize I should have created the account first. Now I cannot seem to add my pass to my account (and cannot access from the SBB Mobile App). I cannot get a Customer # (the system says it sent me a text message with a validation code but it doesn’t come through). Can someone help me tie my Swiss Travel Pass to my Swisspass.ch account?

This is not possible.

You can still save the PDF on your phone and show it from there.

Keep in mind that you need your physical passport, or official ID card whenever you travel with your Swiss Travel Pass as random ID checks are performed during ticket check. Photos or paper copies of passports are not accepted.
