Currently only one year back is possible. This has been asked, complained about and discussed several times already in this community (such as => here in German), and the rather vague responses from SBB staff were arguing with some strange data privacy reasons. The latter don’t make any sense in my humble opinion, as the data retention period of financial records e.g. for tax purposes should definitely be more than a year, and the same data privacy reasons obviously still allow me to access my 2 year old half fare card invoices on swisspass.ch nevertheless!
The only currently available workaround is to extract a PDF at the end of every year. Which won’t help you much, as you probably aren’t able to travel back in time…
