Hi. I’m an incoming international student who will begin my masters studies in Switzerland this September. When I arrive in August, I wish to travel with my bf in Switzerland for about 13 days and we will spend some days in the Alps.
I know that I need to register my arrival with the migration office within 14 days of my entrance, which I’m planning to do within the first 2 days of my time in Switzerland. However, as I wish to travel after registering with the Swiss government, I want to buy the Swiss Travel Pass, which is for guests abroad.
My question is, will my registration with the Swiss government stop me from being eligible to buy and use a Swiss Travel Pass? I’m under 25 so I’m looking at Swiss Travel Pass Youth.
Thanks a lot!
