For your own security, you should not make public your e-mail address.
A successful purchase is always completed by the receipt of a purchase confirmation e-mail. If you haven’t received it, you may have a look in your SPAM folder, you misspelled your e-mail address, or the purchase was simply not successful. For the latter case, please make sure your credit card supports ‘3D secure ID’.
As for how to activate the ½ fare during ticket purchase, see the screenshot in my answer here, you must have set the ½ fare setting manually:
