Just like in this discussion, have you ever wondered why your friends and acquaintances get contacted by SBB with offers, information and vouchers (such as the Companion Day Pass) but you don’t? The most likely reason is that you have not given your consent for marketing activities. We need your permission in order to contact you with personalised information and offers from SBB and other public transport companies in the future.

Important: the new Passenger Transport Act is expected to come into force on 1 January 2025 and introduces stricter data protection regulations. Customers who have already given their consent must confirm this once again in their user profile, so that we can continue to write to them.
