Swiss half fare card

Hi all,

I am new and this is my first time Switzerland. I just bought Swiss Half fare card for my self and my husband plus an 15 years old online, and have received the e tickets by email. I try to add the half fare card on my SBB apps but not allowed. How can I buy tickets using the apps without the discount card in my apps please?

I also have a SBB.ch account , is this same as Swiss Pass?

The Swiss Half Fare Card is available as an electronic ticket. It cannot be uploaded in the app.
