I have two tickets that I purchased from the website but I was not logged into it. I have submitted a request for refund understanding that there is a $10 admin fee per ticket. I got a reply/email back that said a refund for the order is no longer available. I don’t understand as the tickets have not been used and the travel is for August 20th.
Maybe I submitted the refund request wrong? Any clue why the refund is no longer available?
Is there an email I can use for SBB to get an explanation ( I have the order and case number)?
