If the tickets do not appear in your SwissPass login at www.sbb.ch under Orders, then they were probably purchased as a guest.
If no time is noted on the tickets, it is probably a ticket without a fixed train connection.
You can obtain detailed information about your order by telephone on 0848 44 66 88 (0.08/min) or at an SBB ticket office.
