I booked 2 luggage services.
a) Door to Door. For this, I received the order details, but no label.
b) Station to Station. For this, I received the order details and a label.
Question -
Do I need to attach the label to the luggage or do I need to provide the label during pick up / drop off? Do I need to do this only for (b)? How about (a)?
The station to station booking has Registration as 16:45 and Receipt as 09:00. Does this mean, I can only drop-off after 16:45? What if I want to drop off earlier, say 10 am?
