We are traveling from Zurich to Geneva, Airport. Just about 20 minutes into travel there was a technical problem that delayed the train by 52 minutes. On arrival in Bern the train was cancelled. My original train was direct. Now we have changed trains twice running from one platform to another with 6 minutes connection. With 2 suitcases at 65 years we had chosen direct train. Now we are arriving around midnight.
I think SWISS railway should refund our ticket and compensation
