What are you planning for Zermatt? The Swiss Half Fare Card would be worth there, I think.
For the outbound journey: In my opinion, either the full fare Saver Day Pass or a full fare point-to-point ticket.
Do not use Supersaver tickets when arriving by air, they are no longer valid if you miss the train due to a possible late arrival of your flight.
For the way back, you could choose a Supersaver ticket as it is likely that you will be able to meet the departure time as given on the ticket.
