Refund for ticket covered in Swiss travel pass

I recently visited Switzerland from 7/23/24 to 7/25/24, and bought a 3 day Swiss travel pass. On 7/25/24, I travelled from Zurich to Basel (SBB) and Basel to Paris (TGV Lyria).
I was incorrectly charged for the Zurich to Basel tickets, as I had a Swiss travel pass to cover this part of journey. I am requesting refund for Zurich-Basel tickets total amount CHF 55.20 (4 tickets).

I can provide copy of my swiss travel pass and tickets from Zurich to Basel. Request your attention to this matter for resolving favorably.
4 Tickets Zurich to Basel are for CHF 2×18.40 (adult) and 2× 9.20 (child) = CHF 55.20

A refund is not in any case possible.

Some international fares cannot be combined with the Swiss Travel Pass / GA as they are special fares. In addition, non-personal tickets are excluded from a later refund if the non-use was not directly confirmed by a staff on-site.

Hand-in all the documents via the form provided above. The decision is on SBB.
