Date of birth is outside the validity range for the product selected

Hi,
I am travelling with my wife and my daughter (age 13). I and my wife got half fare card and swiss family card for my daughter. I am trying to purchase a Saver Day pass for all three of us for a day. It accepts me and my wife details. but my daughter birth date is failed with error message “ The date of birth is outside the validity range for the product selected”. It is the correct date *DD.MM.YYYY". I am not sure if i can purchase a Saver Day pass for kids (<16) OR would Swiss family card act as their saver day pass?
