We are travelling with a tour company on a 12 day Grand Train Tour of Switzerland in September 2024. Having received the itinerary yesterday my husband and I received our Swiss Half Fare Card for the GA routes including Luzern-Brunig-Interlaken Ost-Jungfraujoch.
On the 13 September the itinerary suggested a trip to Jungfraujoch from our accommodation in Wilderswil. On the 8:10 am forward journey they suggested taking the Eiger Express from Grindelwald to the Eigergletscher Station and then continue with the Jungfrau Railway to Jungfraujoch. For the return journey they suggested taking the Jungfrau Railway via Kleine Scheiddegg and Lauterbrunnen to Interlaken Ost and then to Wilderswil. The train leaves Jungfraujoch at 15:17.
My question is how do we book a seat reservation only on these trains, given we have already received our paper copies of our Swiss Half Fare Card, complete with Ticket IDs and Order no from the tour company?

The Half Fare Card don’t give you a free access to the Jungfraujoch or any other railway in Switzerland. You must buy half fare tickets or you have already received separate tickets from your tour company.

If you have a Swiss Travel Pass or a GA Travelcard, you must also buy tickets for the Jungfraujoch from Grindelwald or Wengen.
