The Amsteg train station is disused nowadays. The Maderaner Valley (where Bristen is located) never had a railway line, so the post bus “stations” in the valley consist of a yellow sign on the side of the road + maybe some timetable poster underneath.
Obviously you can’ expect much available “services” in such cases. 😁
Even at still operational but nowadays unmanned smaller train stations, the only “services” you usually could expect is a ticket vending machine and some shelter from weather. Not even (open) toilets are guaranteed.
