Is there a way to replace the picture on the SwissPass without having to wait endlessly on the phone
I’ve been calling the help line and all i do is wait… Is there not another way to get a code to replace the picture on my travel card?
When I went to create my SwissPass, I went my my daughter, and we received a link to upload our pictures. However, the link I received was under my dauther’s name and now my SwissPass has her picture!
I’m a bit tired of waiting on the phone to get it re-activated, is there another way to do it? Is there an email where I can write to get this sorted out?
