Hello! I traveled from Zurich HB to Paris Gare de Lyon on July 1st, 2024. My train was heavily delayed, so I am trying to get reimbursed for 50% of the fare. I need to submit a screenshot of the ticket with the claim. When I go to my ticket confirmation email and click on “You can view and print your ticket here” the website tells me “Unfortunately, no orders could be found” even though I obviously had a ticket considering I received a confirmation email, and I already travelled with it! I also tried to log in to my SBB account and I also cannot access my ticket. Any advice? Thank you!
