Error in date of birth while purchasing tickets online

Hello!!!

I am from India. My friends & me are travelling in Europe in October. We will spend 4 days in Switzerland. I purchased 4 tickets (Luzern to Montreux via Lausanne, travel date 28.10.2024 (1100 - 1341 hrs), ticket ids are •••••••••••••,•••••••••••••,••••••••••••• and •••••••••••••, Reference No 1076863427 to 30) online. Later I noticed that DOB of all 4 passengers have been changed by 1 day. This is very surprising because we bought 6 more tickets as a guest at a similar time. In that case, DOBs of passengers were OK. I have also purchased 2 more tickets for me & my wife for a different journey online & there was no problem.

I am quite confused. I am unable to edit the date of birth for these 4 persons. Kindly suggest some ways to edit the date of birth, or any suitable action which I can take to clear this error.

It is actually not possibile to edit the details on an already sold ticket, but you do not need to worry: If only the days are incorrect and month and year are OK, you do not even have to change it. Up to three small mistakes are accepted as long as they do not affect the traveller’s identification.
