Tickets for whole family

I bought 8-day Swiss Passes for my family of 4. I recently bought tickets for Luzern to Jungfraujoch for the whole family at a specific time on the SBB app. I selected all 4 of us and bought the ticket and only got one bar code with my name on it. Does it work with all 4 of us or did I do something wrong with the purchase? I certainly paid enough for all of us…….

Please check your tickets with information at Jungfraubahn. https://www.jungfrau.ch/en-gb/jungfraujoch-top-of-europe/buy-jungfraujoch-ticket/

If ticket bought at ticketshop sbb.ch is correct you can do seat reservatios at ticketshop jungfrau.ch, hihgly recomended.

Open the ticket and when the QR code is presented, swipe to the left.

Moreover, there should be four dots below the ticket indicating the paging feature, to access multiple tickets.

Are you sure about what you bought?

With a Swiss Travel Pass you do not need tickets for the Luzern - Grindelwald part, only for Grindelwald - Jungfraujoch. In your place I would just travel to Grindelwald, and buy the ticket there, once certain that the weather up top is good. Jumping the gun on train tickets is rarely a good idea in Switzerland.

Normally when you buy tickets in the SBB app for multiple persons, you get multiple QR codes. You should have entered “GA” as reduction, and “Junior Card” for any children, and received four QR codes.

Limeuhu12 Thank you, I was able to book tickets from Interlaken Ost to Jungfraujoch and back. I have tickets that I booked on the SBB app that I need refunds for. How do I ask for a refund for those?

Provided the tickets are eligible for refund:

Open the ticket and tap on the three dots icon in the upper right corner. Then follow the options listed at the bottom of the page.

Do this for each ticket you want to refund.

With a Swiss Travel Pass you need tickets form Grindelwald, not from Interlaken Ost. If you did buy those you overpaid.

Not at all, when customer choose reduction for SwissTravelpass, SwissTrvelCardm, Eurail etc. Ticketshop Jungfrau.ch will calculate correct ticket fares also from Interlaken Ost - Zweiütschine - Grindelwald Terminal - Eigergergletescher - Jungfraujoch - Kleine Scheidegg - Lauterbrunnen - Interlaken ost.

AT Ticketshop Jungfrau.ch you can find early birds tickets and book your seats.
