Your question is not related to the topic above as you simply forgot to change the validity date of your ticket.

It is not possible to refund a ticket valid for today. Regular tickets can only be refunded before the date of validity.

Another question: you seem to travel in November which is the worst month to travel to Switzerland. Before you purchase tickets, you should verify that tourist attractions, cable cars & mountain railways will be operating as most of them are out of operation in November.

Wow, I didn’t have this information that November was not a good month, well we will count on luck unfortunately as we have some reservations made and I would really like to go to Engelberg, thank you very much for the information.

And regarding a purchase made incorrectly, is there no way I can transfer the date?

Changing a date is not possible, only cancelling a ticket (refund is possible in many cases) and getting a new one with the correct date.
As per official rules/T&Cs, it’s now unfortunately too late for cancelling your point-to-point ticket with today’s date. Because right now (as I’m typing this), the ticket has been already valid for almost 9 hours here in Switzerland, so it could have been already used today.

You might want trying your luck with the SBB contact center TODAY by phone
(0848 44 66 88 or +41 51 225 78 56) and see if they still can do something for you.

I have purchased tickets on the web from Japan(Zermatt to Milan on September 6) with credit card payment. And I received payment confirmation email from sbb. I tried to review(print) ticket info on the link showed in my email, however ”Unfortunately, no orders could be found.” message was showed.
Any help or suggestion? Many customer claim similar problem, I know.
