from Zurich to Bellinzona (Fri 30.8.2024,Point-to-Point, we think about train EC331 14:33 from Zurich, which shows low capacity now).

I also wanted to buy seat reservation especially for my mother, next to the window. But there is just gangway preference and it is also impossible to buy reservations for two person next to each other. Should I try to call to 0848 44 66 88?
I have to admit that the closure of the new tunnel helped us quite a bit, otherwise I would probably have to plan this trip with transfers and regional trains. Isn’t it possible that the connection will still be moved to the new tunnel?
I also noticed my mistake: When I made profile for my mum as co-passenger, I selected date of birth as 13.04.1956, but she was born one day later 14.04.1956. Is this a big problem? Especially for supersaver tickets, which are non refundable? Can she have problem in the train?
