Trying to find saved trips

I am already signed into SBB and have created 2 separate trips that I saved but haven’t purchased yet. I am having trouble finding the trips again and would appreciate any help you can offer.

Did you save the trips for a future date or the current date? Trips are automatically deleted when they expire.

Thank you for your response Daniel. The travel dates were in September. Other than those travel dates, I don’t remember entering any other dates. I did get a notification on the screen that the information had been saved but once I exited that particular travel schedule screen I’ve been unable to locate any saved trips that I have.

On the sbb.ch website, once logged in, go to the online timetable or to the “home” page by clicking e.g. on the SBB logo in the top right screen corner.
Then your saved journeys should appear just below that big “Hello [your name]” greeting.

In the SBB Mobile app, they’ll appear under the 2nd “Trips” menu.
