Purchasing for other travelers

I am a travel agent and I want to buy tickets for 4 other people. What is the simplest way to do that? Do I just change my name to theirs and check out as a guest?
One ticket will be to get from the airport to Zurich HB and the other will be a day pass.

Purchase the ticket as guest, one by one.

I would not suggest buying tickets as a guest, as that way it is hard to retrieve them afterwards. What you can do is create an account for yourself. The proceed to purchase tickets and/or passes. When purchasing a ticket you can add more passengers by clicking on the pencil symbol next to your name. What you also can do there is uncheck yourself, so that the tickets are only for the people you added.

I have used that myself to buy tickets for other people, eg for my parents.

Thank you! I do have a swisspass account and this is actually what I was going to do. I want to be able to send them to my clients so I think this will work.
