Reserve seats after purchase

Hi, I have purchased tickets from Florence to Zurich on Trainline. The Swiss legs of the journey are from Chiasso to Lugano and then Zurich, with SBB. I was not able to reserve seats for the swiss legs. Can i do this through SBB, and can i add this booking to my swisspass account?
